Summary

The Regional Sales Director, MTP is responsible for communicating the value and appropriateness of Netsurion’s Managed Services and Products in order to close new and follow-on sales. Assigned a specific geographical or vertical territory, the Regional Sales Director, MTP serves as the main point of contact between Netsurion and our prospects or clients. The Regional Sales Director, MTP coordinates all efforts to qualify, scope, propose and win new business opportunities across sales, client services, customer support, and other Netsurion business groups. The Regional Sales Director, MTP directly assists the company in gathering competitive data, industry trends and customer feedback to contribute to Netsurion’s continued business strategy.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Develop or follow up on customer leads through social media, cold calling or whatever means necessary
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within specified time periods
  • Coordinate and lead sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze and develop a personal strategy to maximize one’ assigned market or geography, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends within the industry and our competitors

Technical Requirements

  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations tailored to the audience needs

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years experience selling to mid-market enterprise
  • 2+ years’ selling for a vendor or VAR endpoint security EDR/MDR/XDR/Anti-Virus preferred but not required
  • Experience building productive business professional relationships
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience with time management and organizational skills

Language Ability

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization. Ability to prioritize tasks according to Operations plan. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional atmosphere with responsibilities working from home and working from the office as required by management. There are times when you will be required to be alone in the office to perform essential duties.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Expected work hours may vary.
