Jira Service Desk is a help desk request tracker by Atlassian. With Jira Service Desk, you can easily receive, track, manage, and resolve requests. EventTracker integrates with JIRA Service Desk to track and monitor the security events such as authentication and login attempts.
EventTracker Knowledge Pack for JIRA Service Desk allows you to monitor the following components.
Once JIRA Service Desk is configured to deliver logs to EventTracker; Reports, Categories, and KO is configured into EventTracker.
The configuration details in this guide are consistent with EventTracker version 9.x and later, JIRA Service Desk 7.x.
