Summary
Fix for the LFM issue where log rotation is not getting detected and access denied while opening EventTracker Agent configuration UI.

NOTE
This Update should only be used on the EventTracker Console/Manager system. Update ET74UA14-024 should be used for systems that have only EventTracker Agent installed on them.
